Hello, @Stefhany Batista! Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Zoom Community! I can see why you’d want something official here, especially if your attendance in the meeting impacted a competition decision.

One thing to keep in mind: participants can’t usually download an official Zoom attendance report on their own. Those reports are only available to the meeting host or the Zoom account admins.

Your best bet is to ask the host to export the participant report from their account:

Host account → Reports → Usage → Participants

Depending on how you joined, the report may include your name, join and leave times, meeting duration, and possibly your email address if you were signed in to Zoom.

A quick note, though: attendance reports don’t always tell the full story. If you joined as a guest, changed your display name, or rejoined from another device, the record may not clearly link back to you.

When you reach out to the host, share your meeting ID, date and time, the name you joined with, and any email or registration details you used. If the meeting had registration, polls, or a saved participant list, those may also help confirm that you were there.

Hope you’re able to get the documentation you need!
