Hello,Once again, I would appreciate your assistance with another Zoom-related issue.We are trying to configure Zoom so that attendees can join a meeting directly, without needing to wait in a waiting room or be manually admitted by the host. However, our attempts to disable this requirement have not been successful, or we may have changed the wrong settings.Could you please advise which Zoom settings need to be adjusted so that attendees are able to join meetings without requiring host approval?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Kind regards,
Zoom has been pretty stable for me for a long time on Fedora. I was even able to do screensharing on Wayland for a while but unfortunately it is now broken for me (zoom v7.0.0, Linux 6.19.14, Fedora 43, Gnome 49, Wayland, AMD). Maybe 6.x still works, but currently on 7.0.0When I select what to share (desktop or window) zoom crashes. Hi I am using a Win 10 laptop. I have an external Logitech webcam that is not working on Zoom. It works fine with other meeting clients like Google Meet and GoToMeeting. The drivers are updated. I have tried on different laptops and different USB ports without any luck. The problem is just with Zoom. I can see the virtual background, if selected, but there is no image. No other app is using the camera. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hello,Is there a way to disable the callerid from scrolling when the call is forwarded on a Poly E350/450 phone? We have an AR setup. For option 1, the call is forwarded to an SLG. The callerid scrolls, but since this is so much info being displayed, the original callerid is missing. Since this is a busy office, hey want to collect the callerid when the call is being presented, not in the call history. Any suggestions?Thank you in advance.
When we have just a few Zoom participants everything works correctly - the Zoom callers can hear the audio from meeting room microphones and the Zoom callers can be heard in the room over the speakers. So by all indications our setup is correct - PC works, Windows setup is correct, Zoom setup is correct and connection to sound system (thru a sound board) is working correctly.When we have 100+ callers we have been experiencing an issue where the Zoom callers can no longer be heard over the loud speakers. The users are being un-muted and asked to speak - they can be heard by other Zoom callers - just not over the loud speakers.We have not tried using Host/Co-host setup which is our next step. Is there any other experience with this happening and/or recommended setup to try differently.

Hi, wondering if someone can tell me how to make this recording happen, please.... I want to record (cloud or to computer, doesn't matter) a Zoom meeting so that we are recording only the 2 or 3 presenters and not the participants. I also want to show the 2 or 3 presenters (the active speakers) on screen at the same time just as they will be in real life (they are both in spotlight). I have tried to record to the cloud but it is not showing the presenters (active speakers) on screen at same time even though they are both in spotlight. The recording switches between them. It's really important that we NOT record the participants - we don't even want them with cameras off because we don't want anyone to see their names (privacy). Is this possible and how? We currently switched to Zoom Contact Center. I used to be able to get queue calls on both my desktop and my android phone Zoom App. This was very nice, when I couldn't be near my desktop. Is it still possible to be a part of our company queues, but answer get the calls on my smartphone?

New customers are seeing this new layout straight away, existing customers over the next few months, but you can request via a feature flag.Lots to like here, the sentiment bar at the top is really quite useful, as is getting your AI suggestions in line with the conversation.
A few weeks ago Zoom Workplace appeared / opened on my desktop out of the blue.I had just Zoom installed prior to that. I didn’t need Workplace so unsinstalled it … then it seemed to reinstall itself. I repeated the process and it reinstalled itself. So i tried to uninstall both “Zooms” and the same thing happened. I then downloaded cleanzoom.exe and thought i had finally nailed it. However, 3 days later and it;’s back. My MSP assures me they haven’t got any auto installations set up in Intune or anywhere else. Anyone else having any issues with this? Any advice would be gratefully recieved. Cheers
Zoom training materials on breakout sessions (bottom of final page of pdf found at https://oit.pointloma.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/05/Zoom_Managing-Breakout-Rooms.pdf and included below) indicate that it is possible to obtain attendance reports of breakout rooms if attendees register for the meeting. We have been unable to figure out how to do that - attendee report does not appear as an option for meetings, and there are no reports identified as related to breakout rooms. The only choices we see are registration and poll reports, but we need an attendee report (could be for the entire meeting - doesn't have to just be the breakout sessions during the meeting).Would appreciate any and all help with this.Thank you!!
Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!
How do I turn off AI features and avoid them automatically going off on my Zoom meetings? The field "Automatically start Meeting Summary for all meetings I host" has been unchecked, but this hasn't fixed the issue.

I’m encountering an issue with Zoom and my Plantronics Bluetooth headset for audio and microphone use. The headset works perfectly with other applications like Google Meet, You Tube, etc so I believe the device itself is functioning properly.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Reviewed and followed all relevant Zoom support articlesChecked audio settings within Zoom and selected the correct input/output deviceVerified that the headset is connected and set as the default in the system audio settingsUninstalled, Installed, Restarted Zoom and my computerI show the green bars when conducting the testing but I cannot hear the sound or recordingSystem: Window 11PC: Lenovo ThinkpadDespite this, Zoom does not play or capture audio through the headset.Do you have any additional troubleshooting steps or suggestions? I am taking a class via Zoom, but I do not want to download the app to my laptop. I prefer to use it in the browser window. However, I cannot find a gallery view option in the Zoom screen. When I open the settings, there is nothing there, nor is there the icons in the upper corner like I used to see in the app at my old job. Is there no option of using gallery view when on your browser? It is very distracting to have the speaker constantly changing any time someone coughs or moves their chair or something.
Experiencing a regression since upgrading from 6.2.x to 6.3.10.7150. When I share my screen, the first time it works as expected. The second time, it just shares a black screen. If I force-kill the zoom client, and re-join the meeting, I can share again.
Hey all - hoping for some hacks or tricks I don’t know. Here’s my situation - I have three calendars that I would like to keep updated with the same availability. Each calendar is for a different kind of session and therefore has a different title. Is there anyway to add the dates and times I’m open ONCE and apply it to more than one scheduling calendar? Thanks for any input - I know it can be done manually but it’s such a pain in the booty.
While on meeting it suddenly gets stuck, disconnects and says preparing meeting and shows cannot connect to network with error code 104103. But my network is fine as i tested with other websites and apps which works fine. Issue is only with zoom meetings. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, clear cache and cookies and data. Nothing worked.
How do I hide the speaker's thumbnail image from those attending the meeting, while sharing a image or video etc? This is especially needed when using the share screen alongside the speaker two images side by side) or when the speaker is superimposed onto the shared image. In these share modes there is still a floating thumbnail of the speaker on a mobile device or they appear at the top of the screen along with other participants. It looks silly having two views of the same speaker.How do I hide the thumbnail view, when the other screen share views of the speakers are being used? 1

I’m trying to create a workflow that automatically sends a message in the chat asking members of a channel to respond to a Zoom form. I’ve tested it a few times and, every time, the channel members have reported to me that they can’t respond to the form because someone else has responded before them (only the first person who responds to the form can submit it). Screenshot below.I’m on Zoom Version 7.0.2 on the PC desktop app. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
As I read the Community discussions on this topic, most of the posts on this topic range from 8months to years old. Has there been a workaround found to stop these people? Has Zoom figured it out? I feel like i missed something...has anyone had any luck detering these people.I thought surely if participants could enter the waiting room with thier video on instead of a profile picture, that would solve it…..but Zoom hasn’t figured out how to do that I guess.
I’ve created a custom template under AI Companion/Custom Meeting Template. It is saved, published and accessible to the 'entire account’When I go to select this as my preferred meeting template to use and change the default template (currently set to ‘general), my template does not show up on the list to choose from. Under the template tab ‘by my company’, the template number shows as ‘0’.I’ve looked everywhere to figure out what I’m doing wrong! Any and all help appreciated.I have a Pro license.
Hi, We have a request to add a new inbound path, but deliver to an existing queue. I know I can identify and tag DNIS in the flow and route to different skills.What I need to be able to do is display either the incoming DNIS or the Skill to the agent *prior to answer* ie on the inbound call notification.After testing I am aware I can enable the DNIS variable to show as an extended panel on that notification, but that is a global setting. Is there a way to do this at a queue level? The requestor does not want to create any additional queues to service this as volume is minimal. But agents need to know prior to acceptance as greeting will be different.
