Zoom Bombers

As I read the Community discussions on this topic, most of the posts on this topic range from 8months to years old. Has there been a workaround found to stop these people?  Has Zoom figured it out? I feel like i missed something...has anyone had any luck detering these people.

I thought surely if participants could enter the waiting room with thier video on instead of a profile picture, that would solve it…..but Zoom hasn’t figured out how to do that I guess.
