With the recent update, has anyone else noticed that the pop-out chat window was removed for (multiple) users on Zoom Workplace 7.0.5; not present in right-click menu nor in-chat … menu; If you recently updated your version, it disappears after application restart.   :(

Hi everyone,we are using Zoom Contact Center and would like to build a real-time dashboard or wallboard for a specific queue.Our goal is to have a real-time tile that shows how many agents are currently opted in and ready for that specific queue.The issue is that the available dashboard widgets seem to show either global agent status or queue membership, but not the number of agents who are actually opted in to a specific queue.Example:An agent is assigned to queue XY but is not currently opted in to that queue. However, some agent availability widgets or views still include that agent because Zoom appears to distinguish between queue assignment and queue opt-in status.In the “My Agents” view, we can use the filters Queue = XY and “Fully opted-in” to display the correct agents. Hello Zoom Community, I’m running into an issue where the same scheduled event ends up with two different Meeting IDs, causing attendees and hosts to get split into two completely separate virtual rooms.Has anyone else experienced this split-ID issue with Zoom Scheduler? Are there any backend settings or workflow best practices to force Zoom to update the existing meeting ID rather than generating a duplicate series? Appreciate any insights!

Hi all, I have a user who has limited options in Zoom Scheduler, as you can see in image 1. Myself and others have more features available within the Scheduler, as shown in image 2. I have confirmed that we all have the exact same 'Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus' license. I would like to know if there is something that needs to be enabled in the admin portal specifically for this user?Third image shows all licenses and features for the user in question and this is the same for all others. Thanks

Just received a new email with latest spam technique - “Clips - XYZ Company shared a clip with you”This time there is even no unsubscribe link in the email so they can keep spamming indefinitely.Prediction - this will become a real nuisance unless you’re willing to block no-reply@zoom.us (which would kill all legit webinar emails as well).  

I am a consultant who conducts lots of interviews for projects. I have always used otter.ai for notes and then downloaded them into word. I was told by someone that the new Zoom note-taker is better because it knows how is talking and can attribute the words correctly. I have been using it the last two days and it is very good and accurate. I have is that I now have 10 separate AI Docs with transcripts. The problem is what when I try to download into Word or PDF, the only thing on the document that is downloaded is the generic Zoom title; not the actual transcript. Is there a way to do this wihout having to copy/past each entire transcript into a Word doc on my desktop?

Up to recently the feature of activating Full Transcript in a non-recorded meeting was available; however, currently it is locked by Admin. Is there any way to enable that feature? Thank you.

Hello Zoom Community,I am trying to manage two meetings on the same Zoom account and I am looking for guidance on the best setup.I currently host: Advice 6:00 PMStudy 7:00 PMThere may be times when the first meeting runs over while participants are beginning to join the second meeting. My account is licensed, but I do not appear to have access to concurrent meetings.I would like to know:What is the best way to allow the 7:00 PM meeting to begin if I am still in the 6:00 PM meeting?Can an alternative host fully start and manage the second meeting without me present?If I enable “Join Before Host,” will participants be able to communicate with each other before I arrive?Are there any recommended settings or workarounds for churches or organizations running back-to-back meetings from one account?Thank you in advance for any help or recommendations.

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

I am using Zoom Workplace app on my ipad mini A17pro.My account is confirmed to be a paid account, but when I start a new meeting, I don't see the recording button.I can only record using Zoom Clips.

Hello, I deleted a zoom meeting recently but can still access it? Its not a recurring meeting, or a personal ID meeting, and ive deleted it also from recently deleted folder. However im working with an API that is still saying the zoom meeting is active - indeed if I put the details in I can actually join the meeting, even though i’ve deleted it! Any ideas? many thanksChris 

Hello, I represent a training organization where we manage several Zoom virtual classrooms. We are currently facing an issue: some meeting rooms are not starting automatic recording, even though they are properly configured. Could you please explain the cause of this issue and suggest a solution? This situation is highly disruptive to our operations.

Where are my scheduled meetings?  

When I am on a Zoom call I have it set up on half of my screen. Whenever I open or close chat in a meeting the zoom window resizes and changes position. When chat is opened, instead of resizing the elements within the zoom window to create room for the chat window, the entire Zoom window resizes, adding on the width to display the chat. When chat is closed, the Zoom window resizes to the original size, but it's screen positioning is shifted left. Fix: Do not change the window size when chat is opened. Zoom window sized to half of the screen: When chat is opened, Zoom window width increases to fit chat.  When chat is closed, Zoom window width returns to original width, but stays aligned to where i

Hi, this is the first time I’ve had a downloading issue with Zoom for my recordings. I have a 9 minute long recording that still hasn’t downloaded after 30-40 minutes. Typically never have anything take this long. Is it something wrong with the file or am I just impatient.  Thanks

Is there a way to edit how a link looks when shared?  It currently looks like a zoom meeting link to be in a zoom link.

Il problema che riscontro è che se uso l’audio normale non si sente la musica, se metto la musica non si sente la mia voce, cioè durante la riunione se parlo io devo staccare la musica, se va la musica non posso parlare io. Qualcuno sa dirmi come fare? Grazie 

Blurr worked when I first tried Zoom last night.  The virtual backgrounds don't work and give an error message that just says “an error occurred” (this is very bad programming to have such  useless error messages)The blur did work.  Now today the blur option has been moved to a different place and it too gives the useless error message “an error occurred”  (AGAIN VERY BAD AND SLOPPY PROGRAMMING)How can I get blur to work again?

I want a colleague to be able to activate/host a joint recurring meeting between him and myself. If that is possible, how do I do that? Thx in advance.Barry 

제가 다니는 직장에서 줌회의를 하게 되었는데 제가 처음 해봅니다. 많이 물어볼 예정입니다. 우선은 진행할 때 컴퓨터에 카메라, 마이크가 없을 경우에는 그냥 스마트폰으로 하면 따로 필요가 없는지 해서요. 스마트폰에 마이크 대신 전화할 때 이용하는 스피커폰 기능 있고 카메라는 항상 있기 때문에 혹시나 해서 여쭤봅니다.
