Download time

Hi, this is the first time I’ve had a downloading issue with Zoom for my recordings.
 

I have a 9 minute long recording that still hasn’t downloaded after 30-40 minutes. Typically never have anything take this long. Is it something wrong with the file or am I just impatient.

If your Zoom recording is taking much longer than usual to download, it could be due to temporary network issues, high server load, or a large file size.

  • Check your internet connection speed and stability.
  • Try downloading at a different time.
  • Make sure no other large downloads are running on your network.
  • If you’re using a shared link, ensure the host has allowed downloads.

If the issue persists, try downloading from a different device or network to rule out local issues.
