Blur suddenly stopped working

Blurr worked when I first tried Zoom last night.  The virtual backgrounds don't work and give an error message that just says “an error occurred” (this is very bad programming to have such  useless error messages)

The blur did work.  Now today the blur option has been moved to a different place and it too gives the useless error message “an error occurred”  (AGAIN VERY BAD AND SLOPPY PROGRAMMING)

How can I get blur to work again?

    If you're seeing "an error occurred" when trying to use Zoom's blur or virtual background features, try these steps:

    1. Make sure your device meets the system requirements for virtual backgrounds and blur. Older computers or those without supported processors may not be able to use these features. You can check requirements here: Zoom Virtual Background system requirements.
    2. If the blur option is missing or not working, check your computer's processor generation using this guide: How to check your processor generation.
    3. For more setup and troubleshooting tips, visit the Zoom virtual background help page.

    Updating your Zoom app and your computer's graphics drivers can also help resolve these issues.
