Hi, We use LTSP on Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm), up to date, with last zoom version. Since few week, zoom work perfectly, but now when a user log in to zoom : /home/[user] disconnect from the server, and it's unreachable. Dears,I am using Kali Linux 2025.2, the latest one, and having a problem with this one, and I have to exit and rejoin the zoom meeting.When I was using 2024 Kali, it was working fine. Hi, everyone!I have a zoom file that I've been trying to convert into a MP4 or MP3 format.It didn't start to convert automatically, so I've tried the zTscoder.exe strategy but it din't work.I also tried to upload it in my YouTube account (to then convert it) but the video was unable to process. Do you guys have any other strategy, please??* I've updated my Zoom also.
Hi all, I can have a zoom meeting on for a decent length of time, then suddenly my personal video freezes, then after a minute or 2, zoom goes 'grey' , blue circle of death comes on, and can't control the app in any way, can't minimize even. Must use Task manager to exit meeting and close the zoom app, then when you re-open zoom all Blue Buttons are greyed out, and you can't join back into your meeting. I have tried to force stop and still can't 'join a meeting' which causes me to have to restart my computer and log back into everything, often missing vital meeting info. Plus having to do an emergency restart has caused me to lose important data . I am not even getting unstable internet warnings or anything prior. I also have a UPS hooked up just in case of power bumps and have never lost internet due to power failure since. I have uninstalled the app, and reinstalled / updated to no avail. Naturally, These are major issues when trying to work.
I have created a webinar and the registration page is showing the wrong time zone - I have changed all the settings to the correct time zone in the webinar settings and recreated the webinar a number of times however, the time zone on the registration page is still wrong - is there somewhere else in the settings I change this?

Hi there, My team hosted an event yesterday (30th of April 2022) for nearly 400 people with the Business Account.We were a team of 24 people, 20 of them were language interpreters.Here are the things we had done before the event:made sure that the translators joined from their laptop/pc/Mactranslators updated to the latest version of the Zoom Desktop clienttranslators joined the meeting with the e-mail address they created their Zoom account with.the language interpretation option of the Zoom account with the business license was turned on with the 10 needed languagesall interpreters were preassigned and received an e-mail At the start of the event, I made sure that every translator have arrived before I clicked the blue 'start' button of the interpretation. However! When a translator dropped due to the internet issue I can not seem to reassign the interpretor again. Yes I can click on 'add interpreter' and try to do it manually but then the button with 'update' turns grey an
So, this is the issue. Number one technical support is trash so I will have to look for another platform than zoom because this is ridiculous. If anyone does live streams especially at church maybe you will be able to help. We are trying to fix this audio issue where no matter what mic we use, the audio will distort and become inaudible when the church service starts going. Mainly during praise and worship when the combination of the music and the singers are going. We are trying to find a solution to stop the audio problem but every troubleshoot we have tried has failed. If any of you know a solution to have reliable audio quality please let me know. Again, the audio normally has issues once things start to get louder or even if someone shouts into the mic. Again any help would be great and thank you for your time.
My office uses Zoom Workplace and the desktop application recently updated to include "Docs." I received an automated message from "Docs Assistant," saying, "Welcome to Zoom Docs, which enhances your efficiency in creation, collaboration, and meetings with the help of the AI companion." I cannot figure out how to delete this notification. The "three dots" on the bottom right only offer one option--to turn notifications on or off. I have them off, but I still get a notification on every startup, telling me this message exists. I do not want to see notifications I've already read. I want to delete this message entirely. How can I do that?
I've had my Zoom phone for about 2 months, and I've been able to make calls but have been unable to receive calls or text messages. Instead, the call goes to voicemail, and when a voicemail is left, it is not received on my end. I'm also unable to send a text message. The message states, "You do not have a direct number, you cannot start a new conversation." If anyone is able to help, I'll greatly appreciate it.
I need to create a meeting with telephone dial-in options but my settings do not give me an option for "computer and telephone audio". I am only able to check "computer audio". How do I enable this?
During a recent upgrade, I noticed that the notification "James is talking" (I am james) pops up in every zoom meeting when I "hide self view" and then begin to talk during the meeting. This is INCREDIBLY distracting and makes me SELF-CONSCIOUS and takes me out of the meeting. In past versions of zoom (Two updates ago), this only used to show up when OTHER non-video participants spoke, but NOT the host. This is AS DISTRACTING as having the green square highlighted on me while speaking, which is intolerable. Is there a setting to make this go away?
Version: 6.4.6 (53970) I host a meeting weekly. The meeting is established as a recurring meeting. Each week, I send an e mail to potential participants to invite them to the meeting. I copy the meeting link from the zoom software and paste this into the e mail. For the past two weeks, I have started the meeting from the zoom software. The participants click the e mail link and get a message that the host is currently in another meeting. I do not get anyone join me in the meeting. The workaround is that I close the meeting I have started from the zoom software and click the link from the sent e mail. The meeting starts and everyone joins. The meeting ID in the zoom software is the same as the meeting ID in the email. The e mail meeting invite is copied and pasted from the zoom software. What am I doing wrong and what to I need to do to put it right?
I have enabled the AI Meeting summary and it did not work. At first I thought I just couldn't find the summaries but I did locate the folder and there is no summary there.

I've got Zoom rooms deployed on a Rallybar and Sight setup. We had picture in picture mode enabled where it would should the whole room from the rallybars point of view below the Sights Speaker point of view. It stopped working about a month ago and I'm at a loss on how to get this working again.
I have Outlook 2019 installed on a couple of laptops. One has the plugin installed and it works fine. The other has the addin installed and it gives an error and says it cannot login to the zoom account. As you recommend we move from the plugin to the addin how do I get the addin to work? Thanks 🙂

Hello! I have a recurring Zoom meeting set and have designated some people on my team to be alternate hosts since we rotate responsibility over the meeting. In the meeting settings, I have designated all of them to be alternate hosts. However, today, two people from my team joined and were not given hosting abilities, even though they are designated alternate hosts in the meeting settings. Why aren't they assigned as hosts? Is there something I am doing wrong?

Good afternoon everyone, I spent nearly all day yesterday recording various meetings yesterday for university. I now cannot find them. They are in template form but I cannot find the actual recording to playback or send to university as mp4. I am panicking as it needs to be submitted by 1400 hours monday, I have tried to call zoom but it said that they could not verify my account despite using host pin and meeting number. I have also used that awful chatbot who was talking absolute nonsense telling me to access areas which I do not have as I only have the basic package. All it keeps telling me is to upgrade and I refuse as I will not be using this again after today. Any help will be appreciated
