I have a critical meeting on August 27, 2026, that requires Pro features. Since pausing the plan does not solve my situation, is there any possibility to grant a short extension or grace period for my Pro status until August 31, 2026, without pausing or reverting my account to Basic?I will make the full payment on August 31, 2026, as soon as my funds are available.Thank you for your support and understanding.
The general summary of this is I am trying to retrieve the AI summaries of a meeting to then pull it via the API to make a copy into the platform I am leveraging, However the data is blank even though the summary is clearly generated on Zoom’s side of the coin. App type: General app (OAuth), account-level, single-tenant (no master account).Granted scopes (confirmed on the issued token): user:read:user:admin meeting:read:meeting:admin meeting:read:summary:admin meeting:read:list_summaries:adminAI Companion settings for meetings I host: Auto-start summary: ON Send summary via email: ON (shared with all participants and invitees) Auto-generate transcripts: ONWhat works: - meeting.ended webhooks arrive and validate (HMAC verified). - After each meeting, an AI summary IS generated and visible in Zoom Docs at docs.zoom.us/doc/..., rendered with a template ("Short General Template") and citation links into the transcript. What does not work: 1) GET /v2/meetings/{meetingUUID}/me
Felt like someone from Zoom Workplace should know their Microsoft Store App has an error and can't install with Intune currently due to: "The selected app does not have a valid latest package version. " It's using the old W32 format and needs updated to the new UWP format to install for windows 24H2 Intune++.
Hi! Im wondering is theres a way to provide permanent access to my team members (under the same license in Zoom) to my Meeting summaries and viceversa. It would be useful as a team for our documentation hub with our teams. TY!
The "Set default meeting summary language" setting under Zoom AI (Settings > Zoom AI > Meeting) does not include Hebrew as an option, even though Hebrew IS supported for Automated Captions in the same account settings page. This causes AI-generated meeting summaries and My Notes transcripts of Hebrew-language meetings to come out as garbled, phonetically-mismatched English/other-language text instead of an accurate Hebrew transcript, even when live Hebrew captions during the meeting displayed correctly. Please add Hebrew support to the meeting summary/transcript AI language setting.
I have been give a 9 digit ID code with # at the end. There is no # on the number pad zoom provides as the method of entry.
Hello! I was curious if anyone had documentation about privacy relating to ZoomMate. Do they use third-party AI companies, and what privacy agreements does Zoom have with them? Is information used and jkepy by Zoom to further train its AI model and can this is opt-out?
We are a company of 25 staff, many of whom work with clients and need their phones on the go. We switched to zoom phones about 6 months ago and have been struggling intensely. Calls get dropped, missed, audio is inconsistent, voicemail notifications with a major delay until they actually appear... We've dug deep into the settings and a few things have helped, but nothing has solved the issue. The only thing that seems to potentially explain it is that we need very strong Internet connection to use the phones, it can't rely on phone data. We aren't receiving error messages, just extremely poor performance. I'm wondering if zoom phones are good for people who are primarily desk bound? Customer support comes back with the same auto responses with every ticket: send a screenshot. The issue that we can't screenshot what's not happening or capture the poor performance. Are others having these issues? Thank you.
I just installed zoom on a new windows laptop. I now cannot see the shared screen from someone else. (I do know how to share screens. This is not the problem. I have been using Zoom since it started.) Any thoughts on what is wrong?
HAI, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO SET UP ZOOM MEETING REMINDER TO THOSE WHO ALREADY REGISTERED. PLEASE ADVISE...
Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to add the Meta Pixel tracking code to Zoom Events? I have set up a conference business in Germany and would like to use Meta Ads to drive traffic to the website. I do not necessarily need the tracking code for this, but I would like to define what a conversion event is and optimise the Meta Ads for this event type. Thank you for any solutions or workarounds. Kind regards, Claudio Marseglia
In Practice rooms you can join to practice with your hosts days before your webinar without it notifying your attendees or impacting the webinar itself, is that the same for the Backstage in Webinar Plus?
Does any one know how I can find the email address that is related to the Zoom free personal account ?
Hi everyoneThere were some recent discussions about links to previous, older versions of Zoom Workplace client. If you know how those links are built, you can "make" them yourself (based on release notes page). But some people need a quick and easy solution. So I thought that I'll make a list for you with some recent versions. Those are direct links to Zoom download site, so there is no need to worry about downloading it from a "middle-man" website and potentially getting a virus as a "bonus"..Please also remember, that Zoom also has "Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy", which enforces you to use client version newer than XXX provided in article linked below:Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy So, here are links to some older versions. I've decided to provide links to 3 latest releases for version 6.5 and only the latest ones for lower releases 6.4-5.17.Those links are only for Windows and MacOS. I've decided to skip Linux distros since it's a pain doing the same for some many
I have a basic ZOOM account and all of sudden I'm unable to log in unless I use an authentication app ( I don't even know which app!) or a back up code. I've already used (2) of the back up codes provided but I can't use one every single time I need to sign in. This is frustrating because there is no security option to change this. Can any one tell me which app I'm supposed to be using? Did Zoom just do this is to basic users? Thanks!

This is something I never noticed myself as I always keep the right-side chat panel open during meetings. But apparently, as of the April 2022 release of Zoom, there is a Chat Preview popup which appears for in-meeting chat if you do not have the chat panel/popup open. It hovers over the Chat button briefly every time someone chats: A user of mine was asking if it was possible to permanently disable this popup, as it is a bit annoying (something I agree with). If one hits ^ next to the chat button, there is an option to disable this chat preview. However, unchecking this option only lasts for the duration of your meeting. If you leave the meeting and join another meeting, the Show Chat Previews option goes back to being turned on by default. Does anyone know of a way to permanently disable this chat preview, so that it stays off, and doesn't get re-enabled every time one joins a meeting? I couldn't find any admin settings regard
How can i sort the list of shared lines appearing in my shared line list? I would prefer to group associates together and/or sort alphabetically and/or sort to my preference.
I use Zoom to teach Scottish Gaelic, and since the last big update (I’m on Version 7.1.5), I have been unable to get accented letters in Team Chat. They work fine in the chat of a live call, but when messaging through the Zoom app outside of a call, they don’t work. My usual method is ctrl + ` for a grave accent, ctrl + ‘ for an acute, etc. (And before someone suggests using the ALT codes with the number pad, I can’t because I don’t have that number pad.) And my backup method of using the Windows emoji panel (via Windows key + ;) isn’t working either because I have to click the desired character at least fifteen and sometimes twenty or thirty times before it actually appears in the text, which is intolerable. I’m desperate for a way around this problem or for it to be fixed in the next update, because in my language, a missing accent is the difference between féis, “festival” and feis, “sex,” and about a thousand other pairs of dangerously similar words, and it’s hard enough already fo
Beginning this week (7/20/26), I am no longer able to edit and save lobby descriptions in Zoom Events. The “save” button is grayed out.
I donno really know where this should go - if it’s zoom, apple, or Powerpoint. Since I can’t reproduce it when NOT screensharing my PPT presentation on zoom, I’m gonna start by asking here. Here’s my setup and use case. Weekly “hybrid” meeting - 50 in person about 40 on zoom. No interaction between zoom and inperson - just webcam on the presenter and sharing PPT slide decks. Mac mini running the PPT - HDMI to the TV in the room, logged into zoom and sharing audio, video, and shared screen - sharing the full PPT application. Second laptop used and logged into zoom meeting, made host, for confidence monitor and chat moderation. When advancing slides (via the clicker last week) it took a few clicks and then skipped a bunch of slides. I replaced the AAA mid meeting to no help. BUT then noticed this oddity. Didn’t think much of it until it happened again today - this time NOT using the clicker rather the attached keyboard.I’d advance slides on cue, but periodically, the slide wouldn
When we copy a formatted table from Microsoft Excel and paste it into Zoom Team Chat, all cell formatting is removed. The pasted content becomes plain text without cell borders, row and column alignment, background colors, merged cells, or table structure.Microsoft Teams preserves Excel table formatting, making the data easy to read. In Zoom Team Chat, the same data loses its structure, making it difficult for recipients to understand.Expected behavior:Preserve Excel cell borders. Preserve row and column formatting. Preserve table structure. Preserve cell background colors and formatting when pasting from Excel. This feature is important for enterprise users who frequently share reports, inventory lists, financial data, and IT documentation in Team Chat. Please consider adding support for rich Excel table formatting when pasting into Zoom Team Chat.

How do I turn on the background blur on zoom in web browser? I can’t use the zoom desktop app (whenever I try to download it tells me it’s not compatible with my computer) so I use the zoom in web browser by clicking the tiny text that says if it’s not working you can open the zoom meeting in the web browser instead of the app. I know how to turn on the background blur on the desktop app when it used to work on my computer but I can’t find how to turn it on within the web browser.
Hi all,I just subscribed to Zoommate and it gives some access to AI Voice Translator in the meeting. People speak in their langauge, and I can hear in my preferred language (only 5 languages are supported). I thought my meeting participants would automatically access this feature, but it turns out they can’t see ‘Voice Translator’ on their dashboard? Can anyone explain - what’s going on? Should I do something in the settings or to be able to use this feature each participant (my students) needs to have their own paid account? Zoom’s explanation says nothing about it. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0084896&optimizely_user_id=746057510ba44d5cb3dd5845de255780&_ics=1785903016372&irclickid=~ejb4VNIEJMHABwBFDEvCsjkjc5Z02642UMCuvkled74USKAzurof&_gl=1*zxkciu*_gcl_au*OTg5MDIzNjIyLjE3ODQ2OTE4NTYuOTQ1Njk3NTYyLjE3ODU5MDE5NTUuMTc4NTkwMTk1NS41NzQ2ODQxNTUuMTc4NTkwMTk1NS4xNzg1OTAxOTU1*_ga*MTI3MDIwOTkzMC4xNzg0NjkxODU2*_ga_L8TBF28DDX*czE3ODU5MDE5N
