Using external webcams on iPadOS17 is now supported. It works for Facetime. But I have not been able to get an external webcam working on my iPad for Zoom calls, despite having updated my iPad to iPadOS17. Are there settings to make this work, or perhaps use of external webcams on an iPad is not yet supported by Zoom?
Our webinar URLs that we share on socials do not generate a link preview with the webinar topic text or banner image. Seems like a pretty core piece of functionality. I've looked into the issue and it seems that there's a problem with the robot.txt file associated with the zoom domain that we have no access to. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way to fix the issue? It's unclear why this happens and what triggers the issue, but I have encountered the problem several times in the last few months.
I am setting up a shared line group for a few users which will ring and go to voicemail. Accessing the voicemail is easy for the users but I am not finding a way for users to record or upgrade the greeting for this line. The admin of the system can do it and I dont see custom roles for shared line groups. How do you allow for an end user to record or update the greeting? Thanks!
I use multiple Virtual Backgrounds and frequently need to change them in the middle of a meeting (I use the background to illustrate points in class). I am currently going into Settings/Video and manually changing the background. But I have so many, I often can't find the one I want. How can I put them in order? I want students to see me and the slide at the same time.
After attempting to start a meeting I log in, enter the site then it starts rebooting and then freezes my camera and external mouse. I bought a new mouse thinking that the mouse I had wasn't linking up with my system. Problem still occurs.
i purchase zoom pro for 1 month and it was finished and cant access my previous recording, cant repurchase againany way to access my previous record, it is so expensive to pay 17 dollar to just access cloud for 2 days
Even though I have a fast connection Zoom is locking up in gallery view. All participant videos freeze for 10 seconds or more at a time.
I use Zoom for my yoga classes since many years without issues. Since about a month, I think since Zoom update to Workplace, I start my class sharing music from Spotify, as always, and using my Rode Wireless microphone. Suddenly, my mic disconnect and no more sounds are shared. When I try to unplug my mic or adjust the setting in Zoom, the whole app freezes and stop working. I have to start the meeting again and use my laptop microphone instead of my Rode microphone. Is there a solution to this issue??
Has anyone noticed that the quality of the Next Steps portion of Meeting Summaries has declined? The lists were very comprehensive and helpful but have recently gotten very short and inaccurate. What has changed?
I would like past meetings summarized. Is there a way to run it through Zoom's AI system? I still have the recordings. Thank you

Zoom wants me to update the desktop up. But I can't get past the sign in screen to do that. It says I have error code 4.
I am forced to schedule my meetings, which I haven't done it so far. My students have my personal ID and password and I just clicked in meetings and started. Now, that option disappeared and I am forced to schedule the meeting with a calendar. Could you help me, please?

I have created a zoom account paid subscription and bought an API room connector and associated it with a webex board. If the zoom account I created for this, creates a meeting and I invite the webex board through our O365 resource calendar, it works perfect and has one touch. If a zoom account without a connector sends an invite, it first won't have the SIP info and the meeting will just show as a meeting. I then have to go to the button I created for zoom and manually join. But I get the error that the meeting host doesn't have a CRC room connector. Now I then get a code on the screen and I can do the whole login, enter the code, etc and get it to work, but that is a PITA. I read then that we can automate that with the API connector and use our connector and join as an attendee. However, that is where I am stuck, how do I get that to work. I am not finding good documentation.. Also, why does zoom make it more difficult to join a zoo
Hello, I work in Executive recruiting and I am scheduling meetings over Zoom for our clients & candidates to meet. I often times have several (5+) meetings at the same time or overlapping. I do not join these meetings. Is there any license or solution out there to schedule multiple meetings at the same time? We have the Business plus plan and everything I understand, there is nothing better we can purchase to allow this. Thanks!
Hello,We are currently using the Zoom CTI integration with Salesforce for our call center operations. After each call, a task is automatically created in Salesforce when the call is dispositioned, which is great. However, the task automatically pops up on the screen, interrupting the flow for our reps as they need to manually close the task window before they can make their next call.We want the task to be created as expected but would like to prevent it from automatically opening and disrupting the workflow. Is there a way to:Ensure that the task is still created after call disposition.Prevent the task from automatically opening in Salesforce after it's created, allowing the reps to continue working without the interruption.Any guidance or suggestions on how to configure this behavior would be greatly appreciated.
