Unable to setup Direct number

I band is active, But keep getting an error message you do not have direct number, setup direct number. help

Please Check:

  1. Admin Portal → Phone System Management → Phone Numbers – make sure a direct number has been provisioned to your account.

  2. Assign the number – once a number is available, go to Users & Rooms → Users, select your profile, and assign the direct number there.

  3. If you don’t see any numbers available, you may need to purchase one from Zoom under Phone Numbers.
