Concurrent meetings

Hello,

I work in Executive recruiting and I am scheduling meetings over Zoom for our clients & candidates to meet. I often times have several (5+) meetings at the same time or overlapping. I do not join these meetings. Is there any license or solution out there to schedule multiple meetings at the same time? We have the Business plus plan and everything I understand, there is nothing better we can purchase to allow this. Thanks!

Hi @mblasius

since you have the Zoom Workplace Business License, it can host up to 2 meetings at the same time. Both meetings need to be started by the original meeting host or by an alternative host.The host can leave the meeting and pass host privileges to another user if needed. Note: Each of the license user can host concurrent meetings since you are on a Business Plan.

In addition to the alternative host mentioned by Tash, you can use the scheduling privilege feature, which allows another user to schedule meetings on someone's behalf. For that number of concurrent meetings you would need multiple Zoom licenses. If you want to streamline managing and scheduling for multiple licenses you could either use scheduling privileges or there are Zoom apps such as Salepager that let you schedule meetings on behalf of multiple Zoom accounts and manage them in one place.

As a zoom Pro account owner, can I schedule concurrent meetings?

Welcome to the Zoom Community! A concurrent meeting license allows users to host multiple meetings at the same time, depending on their account and license type. Basic users and Licensed users on a Pro account can only host one meeting at a time. However, Licensed users on Business, Education, and Enterprise accounts can host up to two meetings simultaneously. Each meeting must be started by the original host or an alternative host, and typically, this is done on separate devices. Here's a good read on Hosting Multiple Meetings Simultaneously.
