I am using windows 11 and Movavi software suit which has Movavi Screen recorder. Movavi records video and audio from non zoom platforms but does not record audio (only video is visible). Suprisingly, the audio was recorded sometimes but did not record most of the time because of which I have lost many education zoom webinar audio. How to fix issue.

Since last 10 days my meeting participants are not able to see the annotation toolbar on the shared whiteboard for a meeting on my desktop. I have updated my Zoom Workplace to the latest version but this does not help. I have checked the meeting settings also wherein I have not checked “ Only host can annotate”. I tried to start a meeting from my phone and joined the meeting from my desktop ( without signing in) from the web by entering the meeting details and I could see the annotation tool bar on the whiteboard shared on the phone. 

The zoom app is causing my mackbook M4 heat, I worked with Apple support and performed all tests and identified that its Zoom which is causing the issues

I know that Zoom uses registrant and attendee data to create registration and attendance reports for webinars. Does it use this information in any other way?

Hi, I just discovered the Hub and the All Meeting Assets section. While looking around I noticed that several healthcare appointments that were done through zoom were listed. How do I remove these from the list? I know I can hide them, but they really should not be listed there (pretty sure that is a HIPAA violation). Is this something my healthcare provider will have to do? I also want to make sure that future appointments do not end up on this list, is there a way to prevent this? What do I need to tell my doctor so they can make sure this doesn’t happen from their side of things? Or is the only solution to stop using zoom? Thanks

I am hosting a private memorial to celebrate the life of my brother for about 50 family members that will last for about 2 hours. What is the best product that will allow shared video, meeting rooms and shared audio?

I am trying to set up a meeting in Outlook from the calendar page.   After I click on Schedule a meeting, the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window opens with the choice of Meeting ID, security, video and audio settings and then the default is to click save.   Usually that works fine up until that point. Now when I hit save, a new window opens saying to enter a start time and duration for your event so that the end time is later than the current time.  All that I can do is click OK. Then it becomes a blank meeting scheduler as if Zoom is not working.   None of the Zoom info populates. How do I fix this?  I am on the Pro Plan.  Windows 11.  All the latest versions installed.

I have found several posts from so many users that are looking for the same thing as me. The 'Check for Updates' option. It used to be under the profile section. But it has been removed. I don't mean to be rude, but it shouldn't matter whether I checked the box to auto-update or not. The fact is, it can be problematic to connect to a meeting only to discover that it needs to update at that time! You then have to wait for the update to finish and may even have to restart taking more time before you can connect to the meeting! The option to check for an update should be available at ALL TIMES. For security purposes if nothing else. But also to help with avoiding that last minute update before a meeting starts. That way I can check beforehand and update if necessary.  Please consider these words and this request. This will be of help to all customers whether they are paying ones or not. Please know this is not in anger, but

I ran a webinar yesterday and some interesting comments came through in the Chat.  I tried to save them before closing the webinar, but failed to do that successfully.  Is there any way I can retrieve the Chat content afterwards?  

Always show that incorrect email or password as the following, but i can log in normally into my dashboard. 

We had an issue last year with one our mobile numbers being spoofed, we had to discard the number eventually as hundreds of people were being called and then calling us back (there were no calls made from us)Now this past week, 2 of our numbers have started receiving calls from people returning calls we haven’t made. We don’t seem to have support for our Zoom Phone service (other than ai chat).Anyone know what we can do? We’ve only ever had this issue since moving to Zoom. Many thanks

We are using Zoom Phone Smart Embed embedded as an iframe in our web application. We use it in combination with the Call Me On feature to route outbound calls through a mobile device.IssueWhen the mobile device (with Zoom Workplace app installed) goes to sleep (screen lock), the Smart Embed iframe on the desktop web application displays the following error:Connection Lost: It seems your session has ended.Please refresh the page to reconnect and update the device list.When the mobile device is unlocked and the Zoom app returns to online status, the error message appears to clear on its own. The "Upcoming Meetings" date range filter has a 90-day limit and that changing the End Date incorrectly forces the Start Date to match it, making it impossible to view a full year (2026).   This makes it very difficult to do long-term meeting planning.  Is there away that the date range filter can be done away with?

When I try to export “My Notes” from a meeting, it lets me export the “summary” with no problems, but when I try to export the “transcript”, it only exports the title of the meeting without the transcript.I’ve tried all the solutions google has found for me but none of them worked.  I’m hoping someone can help me.Thank you.

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. I am the administrator for our account. I can no longer find where to enable Polls/Quizzes under Settings > Meeting on the portal. This Help page does not apply to what I see: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064628 . It states the path under “Account”, Step 4, is this: Account Management > Account Settings > Meetings > Meetings (Basic) > Meeting Polls/Quizzes. However, “Meetings (Basic)” and the “Polls/Quizzes” toggle are not there. I see the AI symbol all over the place, but it is no help. Other things on the portal have changed too, and it seems certain areas need updating. THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh. Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

After downloading the Zoom Workspace on my Acer laptop, I no longer have the Virtual background, filters and touch up appearance options in the video settings. I have the Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to get any help from Zoom support. Thank you, Sharon  

Hi Zoom Support Community,I am writing for help with an issue regarding an AI notetaker named "Alfred" that automatically joins every Zoom meeting I attend. I am using a free personal Zoom account on a Mac with all system and Chrome updates installed. This bot appears whether I use the Zoom desktop application or the web browser. I cannot find "Alfred" listed as an installed app on my laptop or within my Zoom account settings. Currently, the bot can only be removed if I am the meeting host. In meetings where I am a participant and the host is also unable to remove it, the bot remains in the session. I have been unable to find any information online regarding this specific tool or how to disable it. Could you please help me identify why this is happening and provide instructions on how to permanently prevent this bot from joining my meetings? Thank you!!

I have a webinar scheduled with breakout rooms enabled. I would like someone in each breakout room to record locally (I will make the co-hosts), just like you do in a Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? I tested and it let me as the Host, but I hesitate because of the confusion is here on the Zoom page: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057838Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.   

It seems impossible to use an external audio device with Zoom on iOS. All other apps like youtube or spotify use it without any problems.
