Annotation toolbar not visible to participants during whiteboard sharing from desktop

To resolve the issue where participants cannot see the annotation toolbar on a shared whiteboard in your Zoom meeting, please check the following:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Go to Settings > Meeting tab.
3. Under In Meeting (Basic), ensure the Annotation toggle is enabled.

If the option is grayed out, you may need to contact your Zoom admin to enable it for your account.

Hi,

I have tried everything. Nothing works. I understand that I can collaborate max three whiteboards (latest) with my meeting participants while the older ones are View only. The problem is that my participants cannot see the annotation tool bar for the three latest ones ( without the view only mark) or if I open a new basic whiteboard. This was not the case two weeks back 

The situation is so bad that  my participants  can't see my annotation on the screen shared by them.

Under these circumstances I feel that the Zoom subscription I have paid for is completely a waste.
