Removing meetings from All Meeting Assets

Hi, I just discovered the Hub and the All Meeting Assets section. While looking around I noticed that several healthcare appointments that were done through zoom were listed. How do I remove these from the list? I know I can hide them, but they really should not be listed there (pretty sure that is a HIPAA violation). Is this something my healthcare provider will have to do? 

I also want to make sure that future appointments do not end up on this list, is there a way to prevent this? What do I need to tell my doctor so they can make sure this doesn’t happen from their side of things? Or is the only solution to stop using zoom?
