I am having an issue with zoom where my microphone keeps disconnecting constantly throughout meetings and calls. I have to "switch" my microphone between default option and the mic itself after it disconnects to get it to work again. The default mic and the mic I pick on the list are the same mic.Zoom is the only talk/VoIP app that does this. My microphone works perfectly on Discord and in various game VoIPs. It is a very frustrating problem as I use zoom quite a bit and have done EVERY "fix" I could find both on the forums and in the tech support files and nothing is working. The error that pops up over my mic is "your microphone is not working. Please check your connection" (paraphrased). When I test my mic pre-meeting, it's showing as working, it is only while actively in meetings that it repeatedly disconnects.Windows 10: All drivers including audio are up-to date. Zoom is also running on the most recent version.

Always show that incorrect email or password as the following, but i can log in normally into my dashboard. 

We had an issue last year with one our mobile numbers being spoofed, we had to discard the number eventually as hundreds of people were being called and then calling us back (there were no calls made from us)Now this past week, 2 of our numbers have started receiving calls from people returning calls we haven’t made. We don’t seem to have support for our Zoom Phone service (other than ai chat).Anyone know what we can do? We are using Zoom Phone Smart Embed embedded as an iframe in our web application. We use it in combination with the Call Me On feature to route outbound calls through a mobile device.IssueWhen the mobile device (with Zoom Workplace app installed) goes to sleep (screen lock), the Smart Embed iframe on the desktop web application displays the following error:Connection Lost: It seems your session has ended.Please refresh the page to reconnect and update the device list.When the mobile device is unlocked and the Zoom app returns to online status, the error message appears to clear on its own. I am hosting a conference and recording it. At the same time, I select the "hide self-view" option, so I don't see my video, but other users can see me. However, my video is missing in the recording. How can I hide my video from myself during the conference, but make sure it is visible to others and in the recording?

The "Upcoming Meetings" date range filter has a 90-day limit and that changing the End Date incorrectly forces the Start Date to match it, making it impossible to view a full year (2026).   This makes it very difficult to do long-term meeting planning.  Is there away that the date range filter can be done away with?

When I try to export “My Notes” from a meeting, it lets me export the “summary” with no problems, but when I try to export the “transcript”, it only exports the title of the meeting without the transcript.I’ve tried all the solutions google has found for me but none of them worked.  I’m hoping someone can help me.Thank you.

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. I am the administrator for our account. I can no longer find where to enable Polls/Quizzes under Settings > Meeting on the portal. This Help page does not apply to what I see: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064628 . It states the path under “Account”, Step 4, is this: Account Management > Account Settings > Meetings > Meetings (Basic) > Meeting Polls/Quizzes. However, “Meetings (Basic)” and the “Polls/Quizzes” toggle are not there. I see the AI symbol all over the place, but it is no help. Other things on the portal have changed too, and it seems certain areas need updating. For example, the following page still refers to Windows 10 (not 11): h

THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh. Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

After downloading the Zoom Workspace on my Acer laptop, I no longer have the Virtual background, filters and touch up appearance options in the video settings. I have the Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to get any help from Zoom support. Thank you, Sharon  

Hi Zoom Support Community,I am writing for help with an issue regarding an AI notetaker named "Alfred" that automatically joins every Zoom meeting I attend. I am using a free personal Zoom account on a Mac with all system and Chrome updates installed. This bot appears whether I use the Zoom desktop application or the web browser. I cannot find "Alfred" listed as an installed app on my laptop or within my Zoom account settings. Currently, the bot can only be removed if I am the meeting host. In meetings where I am a participant and the host is also unable to remove it, the bot remains in the session. I have been unable to find any information online regarding this specific tool or how to disable it. Could you please help me identify why this is happening and provide instructions on how to permanently prevent this bot from joining my meetings? Thank you!!

I have a webinar scheduled with breakout rooms enabled. I would like someone in each breakout room to record locally (I will make the co-hosts), just like you do in a Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? I tested and it let me as the Host, but I hesitate because of the confusion is here on the Zoom page: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057838Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.   

It seems impossible to use an external audio device with Zoom on iOS. All other apps like youtube or spotify use it without any problems.

When listening to a Zoom-meeting with a bluetooth-speaker on iOS (iPhone), audio sounds very low quality like an old telephone.On a desktop it also sounds bad initially, but there is an option to manually choose the internal mic so that high-quality audio is restored to the speaker.Also there’s no option to use a speaker via an audio adapter. It simply doesn’t work.  When will this be fixed? It works badly like this for years. Only iPhones internal speaker sounds good.

Wanting to change my login method, I accidentally removed the permission to log in with a Google Gmail account from my profile. Now I can no longer log in and I can't contact technical support without login. How can I contact technical support without being logged in ?Thank you for your help.

We are changing some roles in our organization, and I will no longer be hosting a series of repeating webinars that I have created templates for. I would like to copy those templates to another user in the same account, who will host the webinars. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this without deleting my account. I don't want to delete my account, as I will still be using it for other meetings. It seems like this is something that we should be able to do.  Is it, if so, how can we do that?   Thank you in advance for any guidance. 

previously you had to use a meeting to host several breakout sessions.Has that changed at all - can we now use a webinar to host breakout sessions?If we can - do we have to have the event license?Does anyone know if you can purchase that for a month or is it a yearly commitment? 

I had a recurring meeting running and today noticed that all of the previous meetings are "gone" and none of the upcoming meetings are there anymore. No participants exist! And the registration page is gone! What's up zoom? 

Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?
