Using Desktop app to create a meeting which then it pops into Outlook. Outlook the email that I have Zoom registered with and is also the default one in Outlook is greyed out and wants to use secondary email. My default email that Zoom is registered with is also the default email that is the default on inside Outlook. I had a 3rd email acct in Outlook and before deleting that it was also an option, so both of the accts that were not primary in Outlook were fine to send meeting invitations but not the one that is the primary for Zoom and Outlook. If I generate a Meeting from within Outlook via the add-in - it picks the correct email. Generating meeting from the online site also picks the correct email for invitations.I tried reinstalling Zoom. No dice.

Hi there, I often have private meetings with clients back-to-back, but I use my personal meeting room for all of them so that my clients only have to keep track of one meeting link. I have been starting to enjoy zoom meeting summaries but I would like to be able to generate separate meeting summaries for the separate conversations I have with each person (even though this occurs within a single zoom "meeting"). Does anyone know how to do this? Here is the scenario:I meet with Client-A from 9-10am.Client-B is scheduled to meet with me at 10am, but joins the waiting room at 9:55am just before I wrap up with Client-A.I do finish up with Client-A at 9:59am and they leave the meeting.I admit Client-B into the meeting and we meet from 10-11am.At 11am I formally "End" the meeting. Here is the issue and some relevant facts:I only get 1 meeting summaryIt

I am in the waiting room for a meeting. It says "Please wait. The webinar will begin soon." I have hit the minimize button that is next to the x that closes it. It minimizes but then pops up again within a minute or two every time I minimize it. It is really bothering me. How do I fix this? It was hard to type this because that window keeps popping back up and covering this text box...

A field type that could be added to Zoom Docs data tables that would dramatically increase its viability would be a lookup field. A lookup field that references a related table to automatically populate values. Users can select a record from a related dataset, and the lookup field will fetch and display a specified field (e.g., name, ID, status) from that linked record. This enables dynamic relationships between tables, reduces data entry duplication, and ensures data consistency across documents. Currently, when you create a relation, it displays the text of the primary field, but it would be beneficial if you could choose any field from the related data table.

Hi. Has anyone experienced not being to connect when doing outbound calls? Some calls that we make says that the call cannot be completed and try again later. However, when we call other numbers, it was able to connect. Can anyone help us with this issue? The zoom support has been very slow in resolving and answering the ticket. 

I have tried downloading Zoom but cannot open it. I get the error message "You can’t open the application “zoom.us” because this application is not supported on this Mac."I have tried reinstalling and have changed my security settings to allow applications downloaded from App store and identified developers. I have a macbook air Ventura 13.1. 

I've been using Skype phone service for 10 years and need a cost comparable replacement because of high medical expenses. I bought a metered phone from Zoom 9 days ago on July 11th. I used a credit card and a sales representative. He gave me a numbered procedure to set up my phone and took off from our chat before walking me through the process. The procedure he gave me doesn't work and never shows me "click on setup" or "Start setup" I've been waiting forever and ever for answers. I need to do this on chat. I get emails that they will be contacting me "soon" and soon never arrives.

This is more of a suggestion for the development team with an issue regarding the search bar functionality, specifically tested under the Common Areas navigation page.  Currently, it appears that the search bar only returns results where the queried term appears at the beginning of a string. For example, if I search for the term “page,” to pull up extension that are named "page", the system will only return devices with names that start with page. It will not return results such as “Warehouse Page,” even though the word “page” is clearly present within the name. This behavior significantly limits the usefulness of the search function, especially for organizations like ours with naming conventions that may include keywords in the middle or end of names. Suggestion:The development team needs to fix the code to return results that contain the search term, not just those that start with it). Hi there, If I have a 'Zoom Clips Plus' plan and I find the 'Zoom Workplace Pro' plan necessary, can I just upgrade from the former to the workplace pro plan? How much will it cost? Can I only pay for the difference between the two plans?

Is there a way to store a Zoom recording on a flash drive? I have such limited storage on my crappy laptop. Everything I see says that I should be able to choose a storage place in settings, but I don't see that option when I go to storage. I also can't use the Cloud because my admin has it blocked.

I'm presently redesigning/redeploying our firm's video conferencing solution, changing from GoToMeeting to Zoom. In our current conference rooms we use GoToMeeting Rooms with Poly Studio X50 equipment (Poly Bar X50 and TC8 tablet)We run the HDMI and USB connections from the conference room table across HDBaseT Cat6 Ethernet TX/RX devices (Atlona for instance) to enable a laptop to either use the conference room screen for simple mirroring during non-video conferencing sessions or to do 3rd-party video conference joining when an outside party hosts via another video conferencing solution (Webex, Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, etc...) by putting the GoToMeeting Room control in BYOD mode. With the GoToMeeting Rooms, the BYOD mode shares the Poly Studio X50 bar for Mic/Camera/Speaker features AND screen mirroring just fine.In our 2nd office conference room (built out with the Poly Studio X72 bar and TC10 tablet), where I'm deploying our replacement Zoom Room

All,  Hoping someone can direct me.  I need reporting from Jan - May of 2024.  I have Jan to 1st week of Feb.  This is for a court filing.  Is it possible to request this data, even if I have to pay for them to pull it on the account?  Also wondering if it is possible to show Host IP address?  Anyone know? If so, can someone direct me to the individual/group/support team where I can place the request.  Surely Zoom must have a customer service team that handles escalations like this.  Any direction that is useful is most appreciated! Thanks all and have a wonderful day! CR

Hi, My subscribtion renews on 27th July..I can still hold a meeting 6pm that day?

I need to make a zoom recording of myself speaking with a white background.  The support chatbot seems to think that I can go to the "none" option, and set the background as white. But when I set the virtual background to "none," I just see the room I am in.   Nothing like a option for white or any other color shows up on my desktop app.   Thanks for  any help you can give!   BLShep  

Hiwe have migrated to Zoom Phone and I´m happy how everything has working so far.We have only one mayor problem...During non business hours we can not call each other, we all receive the voicemail driectly.. I have added business hours for our main number (autoreceptionist) as well as for all users. All users have their normal phone number and also an extended number. I was thinking tha the extended numbers are only for internal calls and will be not affected from the closing or business hours.Can someone let me know how the best practive looks like? Thanks 

I am struggling to find a tech set-up with which I am comfortable. In case it matters, my virtual training is being hosted on my client's Zoom account.I need to be able to see the Zoom workplace screen with and without Powerpoint slides, in addition to Google sheets which has my speaker notes. At present, the Zoom screen takes up 75% of my screen, with Google sheets taking up 25% at the bottom. This is an old issue that has now cropped back up again. I work remotely and my network has both IPv4 and IPv6 set up and is working.I have my network settings on my PC to prefer IPv4 over IPv6 (so when I ping google.com it will respond with the IPv4 address instead of the IPv6 that Windows 11 tries to do) This was enough for it to accept my address in the past and I would no longer get the alert, but recently after an update several weeks/couple of months ago it has now reared its ugly head again and Zoom cannot confirm my Emergency address and the alert will not clear.If I disable IPv6 the issue goes away. It looks like Zoom is not defaulting to IPv4 for location awareness and IPv6 is being used instead.Will there be ANY fix for this in the future, as its kind of infuriating and disabling IPv6 should NOT be the solution.Thanks Shad 

Hello, previously our site was able to use the answer call button on our Jabra headsets to answer contact center calls while we were away from our desk; this feature seemed to have stopped working in the last couple months. over the last few days I have been unable to get any of the keyboard shortcuts related to phone calls to work on several different computers. Has there been any changes in these features? These would greatly improve the functionality of zoom contact center for our staff  specifically the answer phone call function is the most important for our uses.
