Is there a way to completely disable Zoom AI Companion for my entire org, so that nobody (not even Owners and Admins) can turn on AI backed functions like Meeting Summary, etc. during Zoom meetings?Additionally, is threre any way to remove the actual button from the Zoom desktop app UI, so that the option to activate AI features isn't even available?
I have a user that's been having ongoing issues with Zoom while they're hosting a meeting. Also occurs when attending a meeting. He is often hosting meetings with 50-80 people and looks quite unprofessional having himself drop out of a meeting half way through. This isn't an issue on his Intel powered laptop, only an issue on his Surface Laptop 7 with a Snapdragon X Elite processor. Doesn't matter if he's presenting or not. It stopped for a few months after reimaging his system, but keeps cropping up again and again. Have tried:Using only the Zoom Workspace (ARM) installationTurning off Hardware AccelerationReimaging the system with the specific ISO provided by Microsoft for Surface Laptop 7Updating all drivers and Windows updatesHave tried different combinations of rendering method, post processing, and capturing. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or know of any fixes that may help?
My Zoom AI Companion summary switches to Malay SUDDENLY from English. Anyway to change the language of AI summaries back to English? Thanks!
I have had Zoom Workplace Pro for a number of years. In the past, I could adjust my audio settings in order to sound a bell (like a musical instrument) and it could be heard by participants. I either changed the background noise suppression, or used original sound. I have not changed the settings in over a year, but suddenly other participants could no longer hear the bell. When I tried to look at the settings, I could no longer find any option to adjust the audio -- either background noise suppression or original sound. I followed a recent zoom tutorial which showed exactly what I wanted, but it is NOT listed as an option on my settings list! Any thoughts?

I have wired headphones connected to my laptop with Windows 11. All my audio comes through the headphones except for Zoom. Things I have tried: Making sure my Zoom audio output is configured to work with the headphonesMaking sure that the Windows audio settings are correctMaking sure that the individual application (Zoom) is configured to send its audio output to the headphones But nothing works! What else should I try?
Latest version 6.6.11. Both online and using app when I screenshare, participants can see my screen just fine but my screen turns black. I feel like I've tried everything to fix it. Works with other programs similar to Zoom. TriedUpdating appClearing cacheUpdating driversRestartingMultiple browsers
I need zoom to call me and figure out how to get the AI meeting notes to a person that requested itI can't get technical support from zoom as I can't find any 6 or 10 digit codes that represent my business (even when I am on my profile page)so please get zoom to call me. I have tried sales and they can't help. I am on hold with billing but they probably won't help either. the sales guy emailed me this - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057960 but I don't learn by reading stuff. I learn by having someone lead me step by step through something and then my brain memorizes it. but looking at that link does me zero good.I have tried to register with the Read AI account (never had that before either) and I think that I have it set up correctly. but I have no idea how to use it.
Description: Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Zoom desktop client on Linux Mint. The client launches without errors, but when I try to join a meeting, nothing happens — the connection does not start, and no error messages appear.Details: Zoom version: installed from .deb package (latest official version). All dependencies are installed (ldd /usr/bin/zoom shows no missing libraries). Audio devices are recognized
Hello. About 2 months ago the Zoom App stopped opening when clicking on zoom meeting links. I was able to join via the web only. I initially tried uninstalling which failed the first couple times but eventually, I got it uninstalled and reinstalled. The same issue happened as nothing opened when clicking the app icon. When the app finally did open, clicking settings didn't work, nor does clicking join or new meeting. I reviewed everything in the forums as found several older discussions about this topic and none of the recommended solutions worked. Most of those discussions were unresolved though. I responded on one of them and hadn't heard back which is why I am making this new post. I am on a newer PC with everything updated. I have Zoom version 6.6.11 (232772) I had tried an older version ( recommended in one of the solutions ) but that didn't work either. Also, recommended on the forums was to turn off
In Salesforce when a user has multiple open browser tabs and makes a zoom phone call from one of them, the zoom phone window is being opened not only in the tab where the user started the call, but also in all other open Salesforce browser tabs. Therefore, when the user finishes the call in the tab, where it was initiated and closes the zoom phone window there, the user also has to click through all other tabs to close Zoom Phone there as well. Is there a way to avoid it? The screenshots & the steps to reproduce the issue are available here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1kCSbWG0otKbfJK1sBGMg1QVVMpT0mbu6IzYje1120D8/edit#slide=id.g2e719e7e99c_0_0
Is there a way, when scheduling Zoom meetings through Zoom Workplace, to ensure that if the invitation is sent to multiple recipients, each person's email address remains private and is not visible to the other participants? Essentially, I want to know if there's a feature or setting that allows sending invitations without exposing everyone's email addresses to the entire group.
I have a Zoom account for my own business, so I know how to manage Zoom Docs—including saving and accessing them—if I set up the meeting.During a meeting on another company's Zoom account, I created a new Zoom Doc - I was first asked if I wanted to sign in to my account - I replied "yes" and signed in to my company's Zoom account. I designated the Doc as "private" (I wonder if that was my mistake). I forgot to copy the Doc and save it on my computer. It seems that the Doc I created no longer exists. I thought it would be saved to my Zoom account (since I signed in, as described above), but the Doc is not in my account. Thanks for any insights you can provide.~ MarkP.S. I read this Zoom article: Managing Zoom Docs; I'm using Zoom desktop for Windows, Version: 6.5.3 (7509); Windows 11 Pro, Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100.
We all have people that walk away from their desks without logging out of queues. We really need to have a feature that if I miss a queue call, zoom will automatically log me out of that queue. to give more context, this is during their hours of work, not after hours.
I am receiving spam webinars every day, and there's no way to stop them. I have already unsubscribed from all Zoom Webinars emails, but I continue to receive them. I have also reported these webinars, but Zoom does not take any action against them. Can anyone from Zoom explain why you don't take any action against them? Webinar ID828 4602 3920Passcode186270
Hello, Community! My team and I regularly submit feature requests (like, a LOT of feature requests) to Zoom, but I'm looking to get in the habit of sharing these here so that if other community users feel that the proposed features (sometimes blatant oversights or bug-fixes that get classified as 'features' by Zoom dev teams) are useful, additional feature requests can be lodged to gain traction. ////Requested Feature: Near-End Camera Control Description: Ability to control PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) of a Zoom-certified UVC-compatible webcam directly from the Zoom application. If supported by the camera, additional UVC standards parameters could be modified (contrast, brightness, saturation, focus). Context: Zoom Client currently has access to UVC controls (PTZ) with its far-end camera control options, but offers no option for near-end control. More simply, others can be delegated access to control your camera, but you can't even control it yourself!! Use-case: Zoom C
I recorded a webinar and it was saved to my local computer, not the cloud as I did not realize I had to indicate the location. I would like to share a link for it. Is it possible for Zoom to provide a link? Can I upload it to the cloud and then get a link? Thanks.
I am very disappointed and very annoyed by the red "jump to last message" that has been added. As someone that admins a weekly zoom with over 400 international users, this is VERY annoying when trying to control and answer in the chat while watching videos, allowing participants into the room and more. AI says: "No "Off" Switch: There isn't a single "Turn off jump to last message" button, but these settings manage the behaviour" = very unhappy that as an admin I can not turn this very annoying new feature off for myself as admin.
Is there a way to add Zoom workspaces into the Microsoft Teams client?
When I Share Screen on my Powerpoint presentation the audio volume is too low for those I am sharing with. I turned my Mac and Zoom volume to the highest. Any suggestions?
We had the same plan last year, No problem. A participant in Oregon got on using dial up. In the process of cancelling, and then resigning up, she cannot connect. We purchased thru Apple. I have the $149. plan but find there is no live help. I have researched, submitted a ticket with no response and do not know what to tell this participant. I am not a wizard. Can anyone help? Thanks a million in advance. Our meetings are Tuesday night. weekly
Hi.I do not use virtual backgrounds or blurry background on zoom. I need participants to see what is behind me.However, my background on Zoom is somehow automatically blurry, while the virtual background is set to "none". If I click "blur", it becomes a bit more blurry than usual. Please help to unblur.
I have two users in Zoom Phone who handle calls from different Canadian provinces. User A only handles clients from Ontario and QuebecUser B only handles clients from Alberta and British Columbia I would like incoming calls to be routed automatically based on the caller’s area code. For example, if the caller’s number is from an Ontario or Quebec area code, the call should go to User A. If the caller’s number is from an Alberta or British Columbia area code, it should go to User B.Is there a way in Zoom Phone to route or transfer calls automatically by caller area code or region, and if so, how can I set this up?
