Using Lobby to collect consent

I would like to use the Zoom Lobby to collect the attendee's acceptance of consent (for example, consent that the session is recorded). I can put the appropriate message in the lobby description. May I also have an "Accept" button that then places the attendee in the session? Ideally, there would also be a "decline" button that exits Zoom. Thanks.

@sarmahatacs Hi there, while you cannot add an “Accept” option to the lobby itself you can instead use Registration and enable a “Custom host message for registrants” and then tick the option called “Require acceptance to register”. This will ensure the attendees can agree to the custom host message before registering for your event, there is more info on this here https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057768

While you can't enforce this in the waiting room lobby. You can collect consent in advance when the meeting is scheduled or when a reminder is sent. You can include a simple question in the invite like please click to confirm you consent to this meeting being recorded. There is also a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you include custom messages and questions in the meeting invite and reminders.
