I have no settings icon.

Hi Gareth, Hime-Tama here. 

I really don't want to say this, but QUIT Zoom and reopen it. Scratch that, I'm sure you've already tried that. Uninstall zoom from "Add or remove programs" in your laptop settings, then reinstall it from the zoom site online. You probably got a little loading error or installation error.  If I'm not wrong, this is what's missing, right?

Hey @gareth, within your Zoom desktop client settings > Video, the Mirror My Video setting only applies to you in the meeting; however, if you mirror your video, the other meeting participants will not see it mirrored. If you're not seeing the setting, make sure you update your Zoom desktop client to the latest version 5.7.6

Same problem here, did it work?  I also can't find where to see what VERSION I am running??  Zoom support is non-existent, so sad!

Me too, no settings icon & no video tab either. Help anyone, as zoom support is just a term and not a reality?
