One of my users cannot answer calls from the lock screen on his Samsung S23. If the phone is unlocked he can answer calls just fine but when the screen is locked there's just a progress circle animation that says please wait. We tested this on a Google Pixel and there was no issue answering from the lock screen. Any insight on what may be causing his problem?

Hi Everyone,I can only view my upcoming meetings until the end of April 2025.I'd like to be able to view beyond what seems to be just 90 days. I have a schedule that is planned out through July and need to be able to look at, change and confirm details (manually approve participants) for meetings beyond the 90 days, this is very limiting.There must be a way to set the view to a longer time range. Input appreciated!

Hi, I am trying to get the zoom phone subscription because I am moving to Zoom from skype. But every time it shows error 5613 and I am still unable to get the subscription. Anyone help please!

We occasionally run into an issue where an upcoming Zoom meeting has to be cancelled and a new one created simply because you do not allow the addition of co-hosts when scheduling a meeting (occasionally the original host cannot attend). We thought we had found an answer to this with the Alternative Host option, as they could start a meaning in the host's absence.  However, we were cut off at the knees with this when it turns out that the Alternative host is required to be a user in the same account.  This cannot work for us.  We need to be able to assign an alternative host that is a licensed user that is not in the meeting creator's account.The reasons for this are simple:We are a nonprofit group and several of us that are licensed users supply online Zoom meetings when needed.None of us are willing to share our accounts with someone else, as other members of the NGO

In 2020 during the early days of COVID, using the Zoom website, I created a recurring meeting/no fixed time for a study group that meets weekly.  Separately, I created a recurring meeting in Outlook and set the location to be the Zoom meeting link/URL.  The Outlook meeting repeated for 6 months then I created a new Outlook meeting for the next 6 months....  This worked great for years.Earlier this year, in Zoom, my recurring meeting magically changed to separate meetings once each week, matching the meeting cadence in Outlook.  This was unwanted behavior.  I made no changes in Outlook.  At the time, I had integration turned on so Zoom would see the meetings and display a notification to start the meeting (on Windows 11 Pro).I've been advised to turn off the integration on both sides (which I've done) to address a related issue.I've tried changing the meeting in Zoom to non-recurring via the Zoom website - cleared the recurring check

I learn through virtual classes, and the educational institution I attend teaches them through a professional video camera that focuses on the classroom whiteroom, and its quality is very low on the device I'm using, even though I have good internet connection. I used another device where the video quality was high resolution and used the same internet connection I have now.  I've already tried upgrading my current device to Windows 11 and updating the Zoom app, but the problem persists. A few months ago, I was at a conference, or the person was at one of my conferences (I don't remember which one), and I lost access to him. Is it possible to find the history of this?

I'm running an online language exchange, and we have breakout rooms for each language. I want participants to be able to move freely between breakout rooms to practise different languages. As host it is great to be able to see how many people are in each room, however participants have told me that they don't get this option, so for them they don't know which rooms are already too busy (we try to keep the groups small).Does anyone know any way of letting participants know how many people are in each breakout room, before they join? Is there also any way to limit numbers of people in each room, to 5 for example, so once it gets to that number no extras can join?

Just wanted to say the zoom Calendly integration currently isn't working. I can set up meetings using google meet but Zoom is just not working anymore through Calendly. Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Error: We couldn’t add the Zoom meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. I originally had a paid Zoom account, but after my subscription expired, it reverted to a free account. Now that I've resubscribed to a paid plan, I can’t seem to find my cloud recordings. However, my cloud storage shows that it’s already 95% full. How can I locate my cloud recordings and free up storage space?

Recently my workplace has been running into an issue with Zoom when our webcam is streaming its picture on the screen. Zoom will be slow to respond to any clicks such as muting, minimizing, maximizing windows, moving the window around, etc. The network connection seems normal, talking to people and camera movement seem to work normally. Resource Manager shows around 60%-70% usage of CPU / RAM during a meeting and the SSD has plenty of space available. What's odd is nothing else seems to run slow during this time, only Zoom. Microsoft Teams does not experience this issue.I have tried the following:1. Updating windows to the newest version, reinstalling zoom2. Rolling back windows updates and graphics drivers to the last known working version3. Changing the webcam from a Logitech Brio to a Logitech 9604. Changing the PC to a different PC (we have two boardrooms it's happening to both)5. Tried both 32 bit and 64 bit install

I use Zoom as a single person, not part of a company or other organization; just me.In the Meeting Summary, Next Steps, I got next steps for some people who I don't know and who were discussing things not being discussed in my meeting. The Quick Recap and Summary sections of the AI notes were correct. I just got Next Steps from my meeting and some other random meeting with people I don't even know and action items I do not understand.How does this happen? Can my Next Steps be shared with others who I didn't give approval to; to folks outside of me and my meeting group that I don't know, info shared with other organizations? YIKES!

Hi everyone,I was added today as an admin to our Zoom Workplace Pro account, currently with a Basic license. Within this account, we have five dedicated training rooms (each set up as an individual account with a Zoom Workplace Pro license).Previously, when accessing the owner’s account, also with a Basic license, I was able to create Zoom links for future courses under these training room accounts. However, under my admin account, when I view the upcoming meetings for the training rooms, the option to schedule a meeting is not visible.Could you confirm if it’s possible to schedule meetings for these training room accounts as an admin, and if so, guide me on how to enable this feature?

The Voicemail tab has the ability to mark messages as "unread" but the SMS tab does not. Often I get an SMS and need to check it to see if it's an emergency...and if not I want to mark it as Unread so I remember to check it again later. Seems like a pretty standard feature...and hopefully easy to implement. Can this be added? Also hoping to get some thumbs-up here to help Zoom realize this is of value. Thanks!

Hello, I'm visually impaired and require larger font sizes.  Using Ctrl +/- works as expected within the Chat window.  It doesn't work for the Question and Answer window.  Is it possible to increase the font size for that window?

How do I turn off just the missed or accepted calls on my chats it is making me have more chats and I want my calls separate as notifications

Hello,We host a Moodle LMS system. I am aware of the Zoom plugin for Moodle. It works well. But the client has a different requirement. The clients want the Zoom meeting to run within the course. That means it should be embed in the course activity. The students do not need to use the local Zoom software. According to my observation, I believe this is the suitable one.Zoom Meeting SDK Web Sample (https://github.com/zoom/meetingsdk-web-sample) But how can we run the application as a Moodle plugin? We are not hoping to publish it to the market place.We just want to run it only in the Moodle system only and for the private use only.If the above web sample is not the ideal solution, please let me know the best one. Thanks.
