Zoom Transcript Opt-In Feature Request
Hello,
I work at a large tech company and would like to use Zoom transcripts for calls with candidates, including interviews. It would be extremely helpful to have an opt-in feature for transcripts so that the other participant or participants on the call must actively consent on their end before transcription begins. Ideally, admins could choose whether or not to enable this feature for all employees across the organization. This would allow us to use transcripts for candidate calls and interviews while better respecting data privacy laws across different countries, and it would provide verified proof that each candidate opted in to the transcript in the event of any legal questions or issues.
