Setting that Doesn't Allow Call Queue Memebers ot Opt Out of Call Queues

Trying to find the setting to stop users form opting out of call queues. 

I’ve tried to find any type of setting but haven’t been able to.

Users are opting out at night or PTO and staying opted out for days.

 

We will instruct them to put DND for lunch or other short opt out reasons and for PTO they will have to ask us.

After talking to the online support team this was their finding, basically there is no way to not allow a user to not be allowed to opt out of a call queue.

I understand that you currently have a concern, and as I have gathered, you are looking to disable the call queue opt-out functionality for your members. No worries, though, since I'd be glad to assist you through it.

Upon checking, please be advised that currently, there is no option in Zoom Phone to completely prevent call queue members from opting out of receiving call queue calls. Even if you adjust administrative settings, queue members retain the ability to change their Receive Queue Calls status manually via the Zoom web portal or the Zoom desktop/mobile app.

If you need to ensure that certain users always receive call queue calls, we recommend monitoring their status or considering alternative workflow solutions, as the platform does not currently provide a setting to fully restrict this specific capability.
