Problems with transcription

I participated in a Zoom meeting in English. 
I clicked on Transcript, selected the original language: English, and the language for the transcript: Italian.
The system gave me a translation error from Ukrainian to Italian. 
Why Ukrainian if the language was English?

I even logged out and back in, but nothing changed.
I also tried on my smartphone, but got the same error!

There was also Ukrainian interpretation in the meeting, but it was disabled.
I don't understand why it took that.
