How to restrict other meeting IDs, or get into locked-out meetings without host?

We have separate recurring, scheduled meetings on every day of the week, at different times of the day, all with different meeting IDs. Anybody with a meeting ID & password can join a meeting, without host or waiting room, and THAT'S THE WAY WE WANT ...
