Hello everyone! In our school, we use Soundpad software to play music during breaks. Right now, for some reason, the program isn't playing the music, and it's not audible. I used a special feature in the settings (seems to be called 'Original sound'). Could you please help us resolve this?

Since you did not give the device type or OS I will assume a desktop PC. Computer audio is very complex and there are a number of factor that must be considered. First be sure you downloaded and installed the 64bit version. Next be sure that playback can be heard on the default sound card output (windows allows different sound card channels to be selected). In Zoom select share > advanced > computer audio.

The problem may be related to program settings or playback device selection. Try the following step-by-step steps:
Soundpad plays audio through specific devices. Ensure the correct audio device is selected.
If you are using the "Original Sound" function, try turning it off temporarily and check the playback.
If you're using Soundpad's virtual audio device:
Play different audio files to confirm the issue isn't specific to one file.
Try, test and you will definitely succeed 👌💯
