Same frustration here. Android phones should treat Zoom Phone as a soft phone so it's treated same as making a cell phone call. Skype works this way.

Wow. Crazy that this doesn't work after so many years.We just started to use Parking and it's nuts that it won't use the on-hold music.Zoom obviously isn't taking this seriously.
