I was attempting to provision a new phone I got today after successfully provisioning other types of audiocodes phones and I ran into an issue with the firmware (3.4.8.198.9) I was pointed to in this list: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/36...

I wasn’t in the end, I ended up returning it and getting a different phone (yealink t54w) which worked instantly.

This certainly could be the case, on the home screen it shows a 'sign in' option and leads to 4 sign in options for skype. Thank you.

I don't think there's firewall issues as I've managed to provision a different Audiocodes phone (445HD) through the same connection I'm not sure if it has debug logs from what I've seen either! Appreciate the attempt to help.

Yeah that's the firmware I've updated the phone to use, a factory reset doesn't cause zero touch provisioning to occur so I've had to use the assisted provisioning steps provided by Zoom to no avail so far. I'd also found these articles but I'm still...

Thanks for the article and your previous help! The URL listed here is the same as the one I'm having difficulties with that was given in Zoom's assisted provisioning steps. So far I haven't gotten any further with this.
