Hi, I am not sure sure that I understand your question. Do you mean that for a specific caller you would like it to go directly to voicemail, and not ring the user(s) associated with the telephone number?

Hi, Do you mean the ringtone that your callers will hear, or the ringtone that you hear when someone calls you? Your callers hear the standard ringtone for the country where you are located.
