I'm having trouble with the "new" whiteboard.

1) How do I open a blank/empty whiteboard WITHOUT a template?

2) In the new whiteboard, how do I erase all? I found the eraser but it does not erase everything. I want to be able to completely clear the whiteboard of all previous drawings, lines, etc.

Please help. Thank you.

For question 1,  click the new button to open a blank whiteboard without template.
