Hi, I trialled the new whiteboard functionality today with a participant before our workshop starts next week. While she could see my whiteboard, and me drawing on it, she herself couldn't add to it because she did not the 'index' of pen / shapes / Text etc down the left side of the whiteboard as I had.

(Yes, the whiteboard was set to 'everyone can edit'

 

Any idea what she can do to get her to be able to add to my whiteboard (ie to get her drawing implements accessible)?
