My white board isn't properly responding to my drawing tool since Zooom updated itself. please assist me with potential solutions.

hi extramarks_acad,

 

please let us know:

1.  what drawing tool and related software are you using?

2.  how do you access zoom whiteboard, for examples, web portal and windows client.  what is the zoom version?

3.  what issues are you having,  for example cannot draw a line, cannot erase an image?
