Unable to Load this Whiteboard. Error Code:3

When the teacher open Whiteboard during video meeting, I cannot see anything. 

When I opened the " Whiteboard" function in zoom, it just shows:   Unable to load this whiteboard. Error code: 3.

What's happening?

Hi @bee_playground, sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the Whiteboard. Are you still facing this issue? If so, does it occur when you're creating a new whiteboard in a meeting?

Yes. I cannot creative by myself. It is still not solved till now....

@bee_playground So if I'm understanding correctly, you're running into two issues. Previously, you were not able to see the board shared with you. You're also not able to create your one? What happens when you try to create your own board?

Yes,  when the teacher shows her whiteboard in the on-line course, I cannot read, it just shows nothing.  When I try to create my own whiteboard, it also shows unable to load whiteboard with error code 3.

I am able to share a whiteboard but my participants can't see it and are getting Error Code 3

It looks like this issue has still not been resolved.
