I'm having error while others share whiteboard during the zoom meetings and also while accessing the docs tab. Having same error scheduling zoom meetings too.

Had reported the problem but since I'm a free user there is no support.

Appreciate if someone can enlighten or help to solve the issue.

The other participants can see the shared whiteboard so I'm pretty sure the issue is on my end.

Had done multiples uninstalling and installing to no avail.
