I am wanting to change to zoom to tutor students. I am able to past an image or PDF to the whiteboard, but the meeting participant is unable to. The upload button is greyed out for them. How do i fix this?

Hello @fsmith041255 ,
As a security precaution, users must be logged into Zoom before uploading photos. Please make sure the people you are tutoring have logged into Zoom before joining the meeting.
Hope that helps!

For some reason, I don't have the ability to paste onto my whiteboard. I would like to copy and paste text or even upload an image.

In the case it won't be realistic to expect everyone to be logged into Zoom, is there a way to circumvent this security feature? For instance, is there a setting I can check to allow everyone to paste images?
