On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

PDF Upload Button not Showing Up in Whiteboard

I'm a veteran Zoom user for my Math and Physics Teaching Company...and I'm THRILLED to see we can finally upload pdfs. 

I'm the only account holder, thus the admin. I have made sure the toggle is set to allow me (and my students) to upload pdfs and images, etc. to whiteboard. 

HOWEVER - the option is simply NOT showing up in my whiteboards in meetings. I have restarted my mac, I have quit and restarted Zoom. I am logged in.  (Zoom 5.16.6)

Both Zoom and Mac are current. 

 

HELP! I'm losing it!
