Would I be able to set up webinar events for 3 days with a total of 12 sessions. If so, how do I set it up so that attendees only need to register once?

Hi eauxjalen,

Thank you for your question. One clarifying question: Do you have a Webinar or Zoom Events license?

Webinars. Is a Zoom Events license needed for this?

Hi eauxjalen,

Thank you for your reply. What you're asking to do is better achieved with a Zoom Events license, as that would allow you to have a 3-day event with 12 sessions, allow concurrent sessions if needed, sell tickets, and more.

But with Webinar, you could do the following:

1. Create a recurring webinar and set the recurrence to daily.

2. Set the End date to "After: 12 occurrences" from the drop-down.

3. Require registration and choose "Attendees register once and can attend any of the occurrences." This means they can register and receive one email with one link that will work for all sessions.

4. After saving the webinar, click "Show all occurrences."

5. You can now edit each occurrence's start date/time to the appropriate times.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions, or click "Accept as Solution" if this works for you. Thank you!
