Help in retrieving my zoom recording with a double recording during the webinar

This account was in charge of recording a webinar, that happened yesterday, although the meeting started with a voice stating that it was recording, In the middle of the webinar, it prompted that the recording stopped, so l had to press record again. Now after the meeting, the recorded video that only appeared to my laptop was the second half of the meeting. I need help getting the first half of the webinar.

We had the same thing happen on June 5th and are facing the same issue. @Anonymous please advise.
