Generate Transcripts for Existing Webinars

My organization has hundreds of recordings from weekly webinars over the years. Is it possible to generate a transcript for these existing recordings and if so, how would I do this. All my searching only leads to generating transcripts going forward and the answers do not seem to be applicable to this specific use case.

@MilneC  @Librarycat  Has there been any answers to resolve this question about Post Webinar transcripts,  Post Zoom Transcripts. I negelected to record a very important meeting and would like to generate a transcript.  Any Advise ??
