Cannot activate Breakout Rooms in Webinars

Hi there,

I am facing the issue that the "Breakout room - Webinar" option in the menu Admin -> Account Management -> Account Settings is not showing up, so there is no way to turn it on.
Any ideas?

Hello,

I don't believe you can use breakout rooms in a regular webinar. You must have a Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions license to use these special webinar breakout rooms.

Prerequisites for managing webinar breakout rooms

• Webinar breakout rooms enabled
• Scheduled webinar
• Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions license
• Host or co-host of the webinar
• Zoom desktop client

It was the license issue.
