ASL Interpretation / Recording

We're hosting a Zoom event and we'll have several ASL interpreters. They have a fee for recording the ASL interpretation, and we wanted to know if Zoom Events does indeed record the ASL interpreters or not when recording an event.

I'm understanding that this is regarding recording of translation channel on different audio files when the host enables cloud recording, correct? 
If so, could you please give a more specific instruction on where can we find this setting in the portal?
