zoom chat does not allow me to open url posts (ie agendas)

See above. It means I can't access/open documents we are discussing in the zoom meeting while other people in the meeting have no problem  opening them

Hi @asells26 thanks for your post in the Zoom Community! May I ask a few questions:

- the other people who can open the links through in meeting chat; are they part of your same company? I'm trying to understand if everyone is part of the same Zoom tenant basically

- are you all on the same type of computer? Trying to understand if this is happening on Windows, Mac, if you are joining through web client, etc. 

- have you noticed this happening on meetings you host as well as meetings other people are the hosts of? Not sure if you have tried hosting a meeting but just curious.
