On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

recover recording from cloud

Hello, I need to retrieve a recording from the cloud on 21/10/21. The recording was not made by me. I have meeting ID and password. It's possible? I need it very urgently.

If you were not the owner of the recording then you are out of luck, unless you downloaded it prior to it being deleted by the owner. Your best bet is to contact the owner and ask them to restore the deleted video.

I've already done it, and they don't have it in the recording bin.
There’s other solution?

Unfortunately, if the cloud recording has been deleted, it is only in the trash bin for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. There is no way to recover beyond that.
