hello zoomers-

I've noticed that on my newish laptop that the fan will start running and make noise when I am in a zoom session.  It seems to only to happen when I am on Zoom.  Is this normal? I've had some other issues and have been concerned that my computer was hacked and became even more concerned when this started. Please let me know if this is common.  Thank you!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @telehealth4

Depending on the computer model, it’s quite possible that the video processing being done by Zoom might cause your fan to be on more than it normally is.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

Hello! I often have that problem and I notice it happens if I haven't yet installed the latest zoom update.  Once I've installed the latest Zoom client update, the instense fan sounds stops.
