Why are my audio recordings only on CSV listing document?

I don’t understand your issue. Please elaborate.

The recorded Zoom meetings are listed. When I select “Open” it opens to a CSV document which lists all my recordings and where the recordings are located. When I follow the path…the recordings are not there. So CSV data sheet is just that data. It does give me access to the actual audio recording.

I meant to say “it doesn’t give me access to the actual recording.

First, a bonus tip on the Zoom Community: you can edit your posts by clicking the icon in the corner and selecting Edit Post:

Obviously there’s something going on – I’m just not sure what! But happy to keep hammering at it too we’re figure something out.
