Unable to delete zoom recording frozen in processing since August 2021

A session from August 2021 is still reflecting in the zoom recording library as 'processing'. It doesnt allow the delete function. Please advise how I can resolve.

I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new so support team can help you on your request as they can do it backend.
