Cloud Recordings have been processing since the AWS outage

Since the AWS outage on Monday the cloud zoom recordings I made on the day of the outage have not been downloadable. They just say "Processing". But they have been processing now for almost two days. Are these recordings lost? Or will they be processed eventually so that I can access them?
