Restore Deleted User

We terminated a user about 5 days ago and deleted them from Zoom account.  We now have a user that is trying to look back at his chat history with the terminated user and the chat history is gone.  I tried to run a chat history report but because the user was deleted he doesn't show up to select to report on.

Is it possible to restore a deleted user and their chat history?

@spinman80 - If you deleted a user, they are completely deleted from Zoom and there is no 'undo' function.  If you disassociated, them, you can invite them back and they can be reassociated.  As I am sure you know, they will still show up in unfiltered chats, or you can search for other members of the chat if you are searching for something specific.

The good news is that if you can add a new user with the same email address, it appears to be able to find those messages in the chat reports.  It will show you the user as deleted if you view the messages, but at least you found them.

I will state that this is not documented, and is only what I found in a limited test on my own system.  Not guarantees expressed or implied, but definitely worth a shot.
