Problem with account

our account has a problem of account, we are using a business plan, and I need to downgrade to pro account, but now the account is basic !!! why

I believe by downgrading you are basically removing your licenses. You then add the Pro licenses you want.

i canceld the downgrading, but it still acting as basic account ?!!
