Do I need to have special permissions to add Polls and Q&A features to my Zoom meetings? I need to have them added but they are not automatically appearing when I start the meetings.

As long as they are enabled in your settings and you are a licensed user, you should have access to them. You might want to make sure that you are also recognized as the host. If you are just a participant in your own meeting, it won't appear for you. Here is more info about Polling in Meetings: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/213756303-Polling-for-meetings
