Keep New Chats Open

I know the setting to Show notification banner on screen until dismissed.  This is a great feature.  Is there a way to keep all new chat notifications on screen until dismissed.  It seems only the latest chat notification stays on screen.  So if I have three people send me a chat, only the last notification stays on the screen.

Is there a way to keep chats on screen without them disappearing and if possible can the chats show on the bottom of the screen like ticker tape running continuously?
