JUST ENDED A ONE-HOUR MEETING. THE FILE DIDN'T CONVERT AS IT NORMALLY DOES.  I JUST NEED THE AUDIO.  WHEN I HIT "CONVERT" IT SAYS FILE CONVERSION IN PROGRESS.  HELP!
